Does anyone have any confidence in McDermott? I'm all for british coaches getting a chance but I'm not sure about this one. One thing is for sure the 'best mates' coaching culture will soon be changed. Any poor performances then McDermott will let them know about it.

He has the respect of the players, and they all really like him, personally i think it is a good move, but he needs a good assistant. Bit concerning though, first Donald then Diskin now McClennan, who next? |

I think what he will do is make is a very well drilled team. He'll have the forwards playing tough and very hard, which is what Leeds have been lacking. |
