| Kearney for me - he would be a superb replacement - nobody at Hull has anything but the highest praise for him during his time there.
No better coach to learn your trade under than Bellamy

| Quote: Andy Gilder "As it is, there's still a question mark there IMO particularly in light of his unnecessary and emotional outburst at the weekend.'"
His outburst was spot on.
His stock was raised in my eyes by those comments. Officials are shockingly bad this year, run by a completely inept individual. It is about time the clubs started voicing their concerns.
I like a coach who speaks his mind. As long as he is not just moaning for moaning sakes.

| Dunno if he did the right thing or not but I liked the message.
It was biblical. Eye for an eye.
Old school rugby league. He even named the lads who would "do you" if you decked their play makers.
Tremendous.

I fully agree.
Really refreshing to hear a sports coach say exactly what he is feeling and wants to say as opposed to all the usual cliches and 'no comment' 'i Didn't see it' ,bite the tongue kind of stuff

You're having a giggle aren't you?
By all means express those opinions in private to your players and staff. If you've got a beef with the quality of officiating, take it through the appropriate channels at Red Hall
What you don't do is turn our sport into a virtual replica of football where managers/coaches spend all their time in the media wittering about any decision that goes against their team. You certainly don't declare open season on opposition players. It's like Arsene Wenger turning up at a press conference and saying that in the next game Arsenal are going to kick the opposition off the pitch.
Mind you, if he feels he has to tell the likes of Bungalow and Fa'alogo it's their job to look after the little guys it says as much about their respective intelligence as it does about Brown.
And G1 - any coach who thinks Bungalow is an "enforcer" clearly has some unused loft space of his own. He's about as terrifying as a Fimble.

Was only a couple of years ago he re-arranged Peacock's face in a pre-season friendly.

Wonder if the coach of a certain NRL side currently on the wrong end of some very bad publicity might fancy a clean start elsewhere?'"
Bellamy would be f*cking awesome.

IIRC it was a particularly cheap and snidey shot delivered from the blindside when Peacock wasnt expecting it . Mason may well be a bit tasty but I dont think you chose the best example here fella .

Peacock was held by Griffin at the time also very similar to Matautia's attack on Graham Mckay at HQ.

I've been on the Guardian web-site and his last blog was on the 22nd of April about Mcbanana!

That's a fair point AG and normally i'd agree but under Cummings the officials are not improving at all imo and their consistency within the SAME game is average at best so maybe a public outcry or two will cause the politicians at Red Hall to stand up and take note.

He talks about coaches in the comment section below the article. He posts as roughyed.
I just checked back on the thread and here's what he's just written:
"my hunches on coaches would be fairleigh for saints, mcdermott for leeds, p anderson for huddersfield, morgan or kear for bradford, noble or kear for catalans, sharp and harris at crusaders. but they are just hunches."
Andy Wilson is a bit of a loon.
