Paxman's book "The English" is a good read and he shows up a lot of the difficulty in defining "Englishness". It's pretty funny in places too. |

The rest have been carefully fitted in around that. Fitted-in meaning to keep or to let go when neccessary to maintain the integrity and performance of the entire team.
