What exactly are we learning from this?
The whole thing is a farce, it doesn't make us any more likely to beat NZ and The Aussies, so what is the point?
Leeds Met would have given them a better game than this French shower!

With Westwood and Hock playing today what other jokes should we of given a chance?
Shame that Kevin Penny is no longer playing in super league because if these two can get on an England team then he can surely.
I’m also with Oldham on the England v Expats. Maybe we should allow French players to play on both sides though in order to develop they game.

Ridiculous choice of coach and not enough depth to cope with a few injuries. There's 7 semi-professional players in that French line up.
Greenshields would have to be a must. No idea who is eligible but if they could put out a side like:
Greenshields
Stacul
Raguin
Mogg
Pelo
Bosc
Gréseque
Ferriol
McGuire
Elima
Gossard
Fakir
Mounis
Duport
Guisset
Casty
Baille
Then they'd be competitive even if they wouldn't win a match.
Any injuries though and they'll struggle to maintain quality. |
