Better…???'"
I'm not debating the fact that Buderus has had a great career, it's the suggestion that a half fit Burderus would 'own' Keiron Cunningham. It's laughable.
There have been tons of players, better players than Buderus, who have come over to great fanfair only to slink back over to Aus with their suitcase full of English bank notes having not played one half decent game in their time here. I was suggesting Burderus hasn't yet earned any sort of status with the Leeds fans, because he's not really been at it yet has he?

| Really daft argument...Danny Buderus has done nothing in a Leeds shirt to warrant 'inclusion at any price' over a fully match fit Burrow, Sinfield, Diskin, or JJB (all who can and have covered the hooking/dummy half role) and it will probably take him 5-6 games playing fully fit to get his timing and combinations to really click with his new team mates. Would not use this game as one of them.
I really want Danny Buderus to succeed and be a massive hit at Leeds but throwing him in the mix right now is unlikely to do him or the team any favours. Certainly not a 'no brainer'
Any minute now I am about to stop caring

| if he's fit and we need him.
No sense rushing him for a cup match. He's spent long enough on the sidelines to risk another injury by bringing him back early isn't wise.

| ide leave him till bradford and then into the salford game and ready to play the week after, using him off the bench like this should let him work the rust off his game.
i dont think sunday is the time to start looking at a new system which has only had an hour against wakey to prosper

| Im confuzled by all these "why rush him back comments".
He might be ready you know.
How do you know last week wasnt a game too early so they decided that today was the right time?
Maybe, just maybe, they know what they are doing.

| If Buderus does play I'd make the rotation with him and Diskin like:
Diskin 30 minutes, interchange Buderus 10 minutes before half time then 10 minutes after interchange Diskin again, give Buderus a 15 minute rest, then both of them play for the last 15 with Diskin moving to Second-Row/Loose.

Webbs first game back saw him throwing the odd ball from dummy half and running around a bit.
He made little impact on the game but was still given a run out.
I’m hoping that DB will have a bit more impact than Webb did when he comes into the fray.

| If Danny Buderus is fit, the qualified Leeds coaching and medical staff will make the decision that he is able to play.
If Danny Buderus is not fit, the qualified Leeds coaching and medical staff will make the decision the he is not able to play.
Thats how simple it is. If there is any doubt that he isn't fit surely they wouldnt play him. These people do this week in week out as their job and surely they know best and would not risk any player unnecessarily???

That's the long and short of it.
