icons077e_files/5454-3678dentheman-msnicons.jpg Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.:icons077e_files/5454-3678dentheman-msnicons.jpg |

Those stats don't lie - pity the likes of Gareth and Danny were unable to comprehend them - shame their hero worship of Smith blinded them from McClennan's quality.
The constant sniping at his team selection and tactics thankfully you were both illustrated your lack of knowledge of team sport - Hopefully you will be a little more circumspect when attempting to illustrate your vast knowledge of the game (sic)
All of the above without a centre virtually all year and an injury list the like of which Smith never encountered.
The Cas game at home with a team of kids showed McClennan's true man management skills and his belief in his side. Something Smith can only look at in awe.
Just perhaps this is why all those so called "Hypocrites" have given McClennan the respect he deserved because - unlike you two - they knew when it came to the crunch he would pull it out of bag. The ability to man management/motivate is talent that very few have. As I mentioned on a thread on Friday McClennan's record more than stands up anything achieved under Smith - why you two could not see that is beyond comprehension.

I publicly had £50 riding on the boys last night. Did you? Did anyone else on here have that confidence?
The point you spectacularly continue to miss is I have always question why people like you judged Bluey with very different values to his predecessor.
Danny and I have remained consistent with our support of Bluey, just as we did his predecessor.
You, will habitually support your select "favourites" and continue to pore bile and scorn and others within the Leeds camp that fall outside of your favouritism.
I reckon you adore Bluey because he's given you access to the in goal areas so you can shoot your muck.

Yes. I've just checked in and my season ticket next year is paid for. Thanks Leeds.

More bile - you have been very scornful of others who have supported McClennan more than Smith - no one has questioned his tactics and team selection more than you - is that what you call support - but hey you always believed - just like you did Smith - how you the cheek to call others hypocrites defies belief?
All you ever said was McClennan was more liked because of his personality - rubbish his coaching record stands favourable comparison to Smith - something completely lost on you and Danny.
If Leeds had lost you would have been on here giving it big style - you have shown you are no better than those you critisise - but of course it was some kind of intellectual clap trap/game wasn't it Gareth? Way above the heads of us less worthy types.
Heads you win tails we all lose - top notch

How many more times do we have to say the posts regarding McClennan have been a vehicle for outing the hypocrisy shown by you and other posters. Our posts did not slag McClennan, they were questions posed as to why when Leeds had a dip did the same posters so quick to jump on Smiths back over it not do the same with McClennan.
All you've done is twitch around the issue blatantly missing the point.
Feel free to ask the same question of us again in your next post. I expect it.
BTW, how much monetary faith did you have on my team yesterday?
