It probably is part of the issue at least, I seem to remember something with Jones-Bishop (I think) a few years ago when he was out on loan and we couldn't/didn't want to recall him due to the salary cap. Though my alcohol and cake riddled brain may be playing tricks on me.

Anyone know what has happened to Josh Sunley and Luke Briscoe?
Neither of them have been playing u19s and I believe Sunley is fit.
Is it because he refused his new contract therefore he has been dropped?
Not sure about Briscoe.
