According to the club website, there are opportunities. It didn't really go on to say that these are for rugby players, coaches, a Director of Rugby and someone to bring an end to the Benevolent Fund for aged players.

Its of course imperative we stay up be cannot be compared to Bradford ,they were skint!

It will take that long for the youngsters to really come through and establish - and if we can keep the best ones we'll do okay then.
In the meantime I still think we can stay up this year but we are going to have to put in some massive efforts, and perhaps need some luck too.

Agreed, that’s what I was getting at. I think one of the problems will be if we don’t see much success between now and then (I don’t expect any) then lots will drift away to Utd and will be lost for some years.

London and maybe Huddersfield have to be our targets now. HKR look a better side than us, as do Wakey (although Tupou and Johnstone missing will hurt them). Salford might be beatable. We can’t afford many more soft results like London at home now that’s for sure.
End of the day, if we go down we’ll have deserved it.

I disagree about Hull KR, yes they beat us easily tonight but, I think they are a vulnerable side, theyre not as good as we made them look tonight, however I still think London will not just quite have enough (with us coming a close 11th)

There is something fundamentally wrong within our squad, and has been for the most part since 2016. Everyone looks for someone else to get us moving, and talks about how they're 'hurting' and 'working hard', but then they turn up and defend like its not their job. Comparing this team vs KR to 1996 is not fair - the 1996 team simply lacked any ability. This team lacks a spine.
