| Great last 30 minutes, Hull proving once again a team of fair weather players who fold when under pressure.

| Wow I like a few on here thought we were done in this game, but that just shows what team spirit we have these days. Harry Newman was absolutely class.
The less said about the DG attempts the better but at least we were putting ourselves in those positions!

| My god, we've got some talented young lads.
Newman (OMG!)
Gannon
Holroyd
Broadbent
And Smith - though he was excellent again tonight. He's a classic 13.
We just need to get it right in the other positions around them and we can really compete.

| Same old with Hull - tire the fatties out and do them for fitness.
A Sezer/Gale or Austin and we would've been out of sight by half time.
Played pretty poorly and Hull still couldn't win. Says it all really.
Briscoe's bombed try shows how he needs replacing quick sharp

Absolutely, it didn’t need to be that hard but that’s some effort.

So true.
We were by far the stronger team in late in the game and extra time

| This thread is comedy gold reading through it.
Thought we deserved the result. Might have been the best game I’ve seen Newman play, been criticising him for not passing and then he gets it together. Superb effort.
Holroyd was real solid against a big Hull pack, and thought King was very physical.
Smith did a load of work in D; he’s a real grafter.
Let’s remember we had no right to win that tonight. Well done boys.

| Smith would have that impact from the off if given the chance in my opinion and with him being more dynamic we might actually win some contact from the start. We’ve started poorly for weeks, I’m sure he would improve that.

We started well today, to be fair.

As we know, he is a proper loose forward. He just brings the side together. Still only 22 he will get better - get the impression his teammates rate him too.
He’s a big lad to play 80 mins but he should start games.
Whatever we end up doing in the play offs this year, I can see this side starting to build steel and belief, like a Leeds side should have. How good is it for our young lads to be involved in games like this?
All bodes well for 2022. There haven’t been many games under Agar where attitude has been lacking - maybe a handful in all this time.

| Fabulous result considering the amount of players out and the crazy schedule we’ve had. Got some great young players. I think getting in the playoffs considering the disruption and horrific injuries is a damn good season.
