Were clearly missing Walker and Myler, thought Smith was poor tonight, but he’s young hell have off games

I thought we competed well tonight and matched Wigan for most of it.
I thought Handley did ok but without Walker or Myler linking in the line Gale struggles to free the 3/4 's. I would continue with Mclennand, give him a run of games. Dwyer gets plenty of criticism but he at least offers a running threat and in a side that looks toothless like we do atm, we need that. Same with Cuthbertson, he made some errors tonight but give him the freedom to offload, he offers far more threat.

See this is exactly what i said would happen when the kids get a chance, he's had 2 games and hes been written off by some.

What's a concern is that many (agar included) didn't seem to draw a link between the Giant game and the saints game and now tonight, as if saints was a one off.

Funnily enough the wigan fans feel exactly the same about Lam if you read their board.

Fully agreed, how can anyone expect a kid with a handful of games under his belt lead the team around the park like a seasoned pro. It’s not the kids that are letting us down...
