Although I suppose it depends what perspective you look at it from. If I was been fair, then I would say for the job he is in for and his place in the pecking order, that Crosby is quite solid and puts in a decent shift, just not above that stature.

Absolutely agree. If he a couple of powerhouses around him, he would carry out a very good role. Just not as one of the powerhouses.
