| Quote: Gotcha "If we are short on the flanks Bush and Chisolm can do the job. Hell, all a winger needs to do is finish the opportunities created. As long as Senior and Delaney do their jobs (or fit enough to do), we should have no problems on the wings.'"
It's also the hardest position on the field when you're defending. You're often left to make snap decisions whether to come in or stay out, how to best attack a kick coming your direction etc.
The assertion that you can stick a couple of kids on the wing and providing the centres play well it won't be an issue is well wide of the mark IMO.

Is it balls. It's an injury crisis. So you reckon throwing an inexperienced centre on one wing, and an established centre (and potent attacking weapon) on the other wing is a better alternative?
Is it hell. It might be a problem if that kid had never played wing or only just getting used to the position. But if they have played it throughout junior years, and are used to the clubs systems, then they club should have no worries about throwing them in.

| That wasn't what you said though was it? You said (and I quote)
"Hell, all a winger needs to do is finish the opportunities created".
I've no doubt that Bush and Chisholm could, and may have to, come in and do a job. They'll have to do a hell of a lot more than just catch the odd ball and fall over the line though.

Where we do have an issue, is that Webb does not look fit either. And if that is the case then BJB needs to be recalled and rest Webb. But only recalled if it's for fullback.'" I think ridiculous is a bit strong I'm not trying to kneejerk by talking of an injury crisis but like andy I think throwing in kids isn't always the answer. I felt the size of coady and bjb also maybe amor(I know this is a little crazy but has played as a back) would give us more solidity in defence in the face of adversity through injury. backs to the wall so to speak. I feel coady could make a good crash bang winger and bjb has already played on the wing and from what I've seen is a good strike player! just a thought in tough times old chap!

| Going how Hall and Buderus were limping earlier today 2 new wingers and another forward on the bench won't be a surprise to see this week.

As you are obviously trying to just be obtruse, it is pointless pointing it out.
But for those who were there, or not, he was completely lost defensively out there both in defence and attack.

Now who is being obtuse?
When was he "lost defensively on both defence and attack"?
I don't recall any defensive issues with Keith yesterday and I certainly don't recall any defensive issues with his attack, whatever on earth that means.

Eh?????
When???
Tbf Gotcha when the ball to the wing was on Jjb didn't give it.
Defensively i honestly don't se yer point.
Fa'alogo broke through him and peacock?? for the 1st try but he was playing centre then.
In the 2nd half they scored by the sticks and just the other side and Senior wasn't involved in any of the poor tackling.

Really? Well as you so like to watch the highlights on super league tv, maybe you should watch closely what is happening with the defensive line in the build up to Aspinwalls try, and why. Very good reading by Huddersfield.

| Well, that was illuminating Gotcha. I'd invite you to watch said incident without the influence of mind bending mushrooms.
There were two bad misses from JJB and Webb as Aspinwall came from the right of our posts towards our left 2nd row.
What on earth did it have to do with Senior?

| ...and some more tit-bits from my video session (I Feel a bit like Paul Cullen).
Lunt's try came from slack marking by Kirke and bailey and a poor read from Senior (who was in the centre at the time).
Gilmour's Try (the double chip) was a sublime piece of skill and I wouldn't apportion any blame to any Leeds player.
Burrow's try (I though he offered nothing Gotcha) came from a great peacock off0load (Webb fed peacock).
McGuire's try came from a great off-load by Burgess (fed by Burrow - Gotcha will claim he was simply handing it on mind).
Hall's try saw McGuire "hand it on" to Delaney who put in a lovely kick for Hall.
The next incident of note has changed my view of what I saw live. It was the Raleigh/Ali incident and watching it back Silverwood has boobed big style. Ali should not have had a yellow and Raleigh should have had a straight red. Ali is involved in the the tackle. raleigh has no business touching Ali and words are exchanged whereupon Raleigh throws a punch.
The Patrick try. McGuire doesn't cover himself with glory here (though I suspect some idiots will lay the blame at Burrow's feet) as he is carried 5 metres over the line on Patrick's back.
The Aspinwall try. See above. Gotcha thinks, for some yet unexplained reason, that the blame lies with keith. back in reality it is JJB and Webb who miss easy tackles for Aspinwall to score in our left second row position.
