But it was a brilliant performance from the ref, to pick up on the things that denied Leeds the tries. They were correct on watching the video, so can`t get away from that.

To save my time I'm going to try and ignore those posters too stupid to understand rugby league.

The Ablett incident deserved a sin-binning as it was a professional foul on the back of Sheriffe making a monkey out of several Leeds defenders. Sin binnings usual occur on the back of repeated infringements (not the case here) or a professional foul where the defence is in disarray. I'd have been absolutely amazed if what Ablett did hadn't resulted in a 10 minute rest.

Just listen to it on TV, the ref called held about four times before the ball was ripped. Whether he was actually held or not becomes irrelevant as Newton would happily let it be ripped after hearing the call, ie he wouldn't have let it get stolen otherwise.

I suggest buying a rule book. And then get someone to read it.
