| I appreciate that at this stage of the season there aren’t so many very good players available, but signing Hankinson tells us where the Reserves and Juniors are at so far. Let’s just say I’d be a bit disappointed if he was still around next season. He will do a job for us should he be called on, but I’d hope that Lumb and Hall stay fit.

| Be interesting to see if he plays against Leigh or he reverts back to Lumb.

| Isn't Hankinson more a centre rather than a winger? Is he any good? I got the impression from his interview that he will be starting over Riley Lumb.
Shame McCormack and Simpson haven't got 10 games under their belt and are both in form. I'd rather put one of them at centre and Handley at wing. I prefer Handley as a winger but I know Arthur won't remove him from centre.

He can play a few positions, which is why this short term signings make sense, we have already gone through the season using two younger players in that position, and now we have injuries I would much prefer to go with an a more experienced player in the squad, Handley has been excellent at centre there's no need to move him if we have a different option. Hankinson is also a very good goal kicker which may come in handy.

The Bald Truth - Keith Senior Been a while since I read it so can't remember whether he explains why he tw**ted Wilkin, but he'll have deserved it for whatever reason, just for being Wilkin the main one

Personally, I think Handley is a much better winger than centre, however, Arthur has made it clear he has no intention of moving him and it is unlikely that McCormack or Simpson will get a game this season given their long absences.

| The real positive from the last few weeks for me has been Presley Cassell. He already looks like a SL player. Keep giving him minutes and he will move ahead of Bentley and McDonnell for a back row spot in the 17.
