If you're going to name drop Lee & Mrs Hanson is hardly TomKat now is it? Still, very impressive. Check you out.

| Quote: Juan Cornetto "I agree with both your points. It seemed to me that O'L passed towards the camera which was positioned well in front of the the winger who was not in shot so it looked a good metre forward.
Richards is a class finisher and goal kicker and is one of the best in SL at catching a high kick and staying out of touch to score.
Last night the results of the new coaching set up at Wigan were evident. A key area in their success this season is their technique. Their defence goes in mob handed including leg tacklers with clear plan to stop and turn the attacker on his back quickly to slow the PTB without getting on the wrong side of the ref. Other teams all try to do this but without the clinical regularity of Wigan and more often than not incur a penalty.
While on attack themselves they go into the tackle with clear objective not be turned on their backs and if possible get knees and hands in position to get on their feet quickly. Several of their players regulary take a big step forward, illegally off the mark, when playing the ball to give another advantage. (Fielden, Sean O'Penalty, Joel Tomkins and Richards)
They also use the dummy runner to great effect (illegally in many instances IMO) and attack with a deeper line.
They are playing with great confidence and for each other so we will need to be at our best next week. Our game plan must include putting their kickers under pressure and being ready the kick for Richards. We should also not give possession away and overwork our defence with bad discipline.'"
Oh dear! Moving off the mark and dummy runners is the next on the Wigan are cheating list!!
From what I can see is that we are doing what Leeds and Saints sides have done in the last fews years being better at defending and attacking than the other teams! Its funny how Catalans, Salford, Quins and Bradford are never accused of breaking/bending rules!!

Who?
If you're not careful I'll put you on a train to Castleford. You won't like it there.

I've noticed plenty of times how Wigan get numbers stood in the oppossition defensive line when attacking! Not quite getting penned for it but obstruction and disrupting defensive lines. If they are getting away with it good on em, if they are laying on (which they are) good on em. Wigan are the best at gamesmanship with out getting penned. It's appart of the game. Leeds do it saints do it. I'm not like those fans who claim their team don't do it and their team is somehow righteous.(saints fans are the worst by a mile for this). Melbourne for a while have been light years ahead in terms of gamesmanship, it is obvious madge was an architect of this or an excellent scholar.
it's all fair in love and war!

| So Harrison Hansen’s parents named him after the camp blonde guy from Steps?
No wonder he’s got a complex.

| I once nicked Graham Lowe's seat at headingley when he was NZ coach. Nearly 25 years later and despite limited contact since, I still know him like a brother.
