| For a £2 donation entry fee, why wouldn't you go if you are free and able to do so?
A pint in the pub will cost more. I will be going - a good chance to see some of the Leeds kids that people go on about as being prospects against some Aussie youngsters who (though I know nothing about them) will presumably be good players by the fact that they are playing for their country.
I might see the other 1 or 2 of you who have said you are going!

| A few of us are going to go. I remember a few years back when Leeds beat them and it was a right match.

| Some good comments I heard on Saturday at the Wigan game.
"Them bloody kangaroo steaks must be good"
"Schoolboys? do they go to school until they're 25"
When you see the size of some of these "boys" you'll understand!!!!

| Quote: Andy Gilder "Tickets for a fiver? What a ridiculous idea. That might end up attracting people who don't normally go to rugby league games, and that's the last thing the sport needs if it is to continue shrivelling back into its insular, northern shell.'"
How did those cheapo fiver tickets work out then?
Did they manage to attract those people who don't normally go to RL games to turn up again? You know, RLWC legacy and all that?
No? Thought not.
Similar cheapo ticket price policy didn't work at Bradford or Wakefield either. Once established, both existing and potential fans end up expecting cheap and tacky and evaluating the game alongside Poundland and food banks.
So, when the RFL eventually get around to announcing the dates, venues and ticket prices for the Kiwi Series (details which were supposed to be announced in mid-November ), will those tickets be priced at a fiver or a tenner?

You ought to know.
Why is LSV staging both tests against the Aussie Schoolboys again?

Aye, those arctic conditions that we no longer thankfully have to put up with in this super dooper modern era.
Don't forget your shorts and flip flops. It'll soon be kick off and February is always a scorcher lol:

Last time they had to switch the game that was to due be played in Yorkshire back to Leigh as the Yorkshire ground couldn't guarantee it could go ahead due to the weather forecast. This time they are taking no chances.

When was that particular event?
Are you suggesting that a rare night of adverse winter weather in Yorkshire has resulted in a now established policy that Yorkshire must be avoided at all costs, just in case?
Which current bat loony tuned administrator made that decision?

2011 and England won both games. The 2nd was due to be played at Castleford but was switched to Leigh because of uncertainty about the pitch/weather.
