| Hamer fee around 12 million and Phillips around 10 million now.
I have no idea why we don`t just get them and it might convince others to stay or others to join.
Currently we are showing very little ambition.
Like Seth said sounds like the Rhinos.

| The profit and sustainability rules in the championship mean your expenditure has to be within a certain amount of your revenue. So the club are limited on what they're allowed to spend

They made about £70m in player sales. We've had to just give ours away

| I believe clubs can’t lose more than £30m over a 2 or 3 year period, technically Leeds could really push the boat out this season to get up inside 2 years but it’s risky. We’ve had a huge reduction in wage bill which will help along with parachute payments but we could do with a couple of big sales I suspect. Harrison and most likely Adams. They would like to sell Firpo but his injury could curtail that.
We’re still paying the price for gross mismanagement by Orta and Radrizanni with the contract situations and paying over the odds.

Agree bud. It sends a strong message that we’re going places and a quick promotion back is achievable

| If we sell Harrison, Adams, Firpo and Messlier that would easily bring in 70 million.
Then again the money the Saudis are paying we might get 30 million for Cooper
I don`t think we can wait to sell we need to buy first as surely some if not all the above will leave along with Summerville and hopefully Bamford.

| Ftrue but the club didn't make any redundancies following relegation did they? TV money and sponsorship will be done which will be offset by reduction in players wages. But it looks like we are somewhat tied but a lack of transfer income. Which makes the clauses even more unbelievable. Seems to be something in the water in Leeds sports which stops people from forward planning properly

| The trouble is Leeds bought really badly they would never get anywhere near what they paid for aaronson for example which would hit them hard on FFP. Rodrigo’s release clause was an absolute joke, £3m for a proven premier league goal scorer… should have got at least £15m

Spot on mate.
Is it Orta who would have had the final say on what goes into a contract or are others involved?
I know Messlier couldn`t do too much with the goals on Saturday.
But is his record now something like he`s faced 14 shots and let in 13 goals including the 2 Sunday?

| rodrigo had 1 year left. plus, and I don't understand it, but value depreciates on FFP with regards to age and time left on contract

| The clause was the value of his contract. Had we been relegated in his first season, then the release clause would have been higher. At the end of the day, he was a current Spanish international who signed for a newly promoted team. He was always going to have a pretty favourable release clause.

| Cooper out for 8 weeks. Summerville 3 weeks, Firpo 4 weeks. 11 players currently out injured. Honestly, I'm starting to really question the competence of the medical and strength and conditioning departments. It's been 3 years of almost constant injury crisis.
