| Quote: Gotcha "I have only seen the try highlights, so not in a position to comment on overall. However, seeing those try’s, Newmans were not just good try’s, they really took some finishing. It would be astonishing nit to give the lad a shirt to try and back that up.
Also looked like Lolohea was heavily involved in a lot of try’s. As people have continually said, fullback is his best position, he has looked the part in two appearances there.'"
Spot on here about Tui. Looks 10x the player roaming about at the back, and linking in between the second rower and centre. That flat ball he threw to Newman in the second half was world class. Hope to see him get a run at 1 now, and give Walker a bit of a lay off.

| Furner alluded to Tui and he needed to look at fb as a way of fighting his way back into the team!

| Its difficult to gauge a team and players against inferior opposition like last night but for me the positives i took from last night,
Lolohea is 100% a fullback and can step for a chubby lad. His link play, final passes and getting the ball out of yardage last night was impressive.
Newman is exceptional. Every try needed finishing and he looked strong, fast and a natural try scorer.
Mustapha could be our Luke Thompson if we develop him well enough. Fast, mobile and likes to find his front alot.
Albert, running direct from KO and not slowing down. I want to see that in SL. If we get that with Seumanufagai, Singo, Peteru even Donaldson we should eat the metres up.
Myler performs well with a pack thats on top. Replicate this in SL and the rest follows.
Thought McLelland couldve done with been on from the start to really get an idea of how he goes in a full game. Always difficult for a halfback to come off the bench late on.
Overall, survive this year and the future is very positive.

| Be interesting to see how he continues to develop, being smaller in stature makes it more difficult to carry a weight where you can compete physically at first team level in the front row. Realistically you can't carry a healthy 110k at his height.

| Kylie Leuluai is 5’10”, he did ok.
Mustapha is more likely a back row prospect anyway. My reference to Thompson was in regards to his fast, direct running style and ability to find his front on contact when going up the middle.

He could also barely walk by the time he retired.

| Agree with others, never seen better goal kicking in my life.
Big difference to league 1 sides. Tui looked more natural but he will have tougher times v SL sides.
Newman looked very determined to impress.
fWIW I think Leeds are looking at mustapha as a prop and as Seth mentioned the big issue is lack of height.
Thought Myler put al lot in.
Sadly I thought JJB and Donaldson looked to be playing against the right level last night.
Ferres even managed to get done for dissent when we were winning easy.

| Muizz needs to be developed as a 13 and be the 3rd prop. Hes so powerful his lack of height isn't an issue. You run at him he hits you and when he runs he goes at 100% until you put him down.
Some of the goal line tries weve conceded wouldn't have been conceded if it was Muizz defending there.

| Lolohea really stepped up last night. Needs a run at full back now. Richie and sutty really worked well. So did the NKOTB. JJBsorry time to step aside

| Think Muizz will be best suited to 13, ticks most boxes for a 13 these days. Rock solid defender, can do pretty big minutes and his hit ups can be deadly coming off the back of 2 bigger props. At very least, i think he's going to ba a great impact bench player who can play anywhere in the pack. Absolutely love his attitude and playing style.

| The game has changed just a little bit since and is determined by physicality.

| But if he wasn't hyper physical at that height he'd have no future in the game. Just the way he plays makes a real point of difference for him.
