We also had in injury list like this in 2010 it stopped us winning SL again. We also had a large injury list in 2011,but we still won SL

Huddersfield look a formidable team - more so each time I see them. For the good of SL I hope they can maintain it to the end of the season ...with a win in the CC final at least.

I admire leeds for what they have achieved over the last few years, I certainly never dreamt that I would see us play leeds, let alone compete on the same level, nevermind beating them easily 20 years ago.
we have come a long way in a short time, but we can only hope to emulate leeds' success that's for sure.

not sure about staying on for a week, I think you have mixed me up with someone else?

I don't like their chances away to Wire unfortunately (would genuinely be nice to see some other teams winning things if Leeds don't). That leaves the playoffs....it'll be interesting to see how they go this year. I don't think they'll win as it took Wigan a few near misses ('07-'09) before they won it and Wire are following a similar path atm but at least an encouraging showing and looking like they belong there would be good.

Agree seems to always take teams 3 or 4 close shaves before winning the play-offs.

What does that mean?

For the good of SL i hope the best team wins. If Hudds drop off again then they don't deserve to win.

It would be good for SL if a 'new' team can become a winner or at least become a genuine contender.

Hopefully any new contender doesn't merely coincide with a former contender falling away as could be argued occurred when Warrington effectively replaced Bradford at the top table.

What SL needs to improve on a 'big four' is a big five ..... six ...... seven ..... eight.

(Cue for all the millions of Steps fans out there ....... don't be shy, you know you want to.)

depends what you mean by close shaves, I would count being runner up as being a close shave, and the evidence points the opposite way really. However, the sample of teams winning the SL is small (4) and only really Saints and Wigan can count having 2 era of GF winning teams

Strange they begin to wobble about this time of year.
