If you like, but it doesn't bother me too much when neither I, nor my parents, nor my grandparents were born. I thought most people compared by the SL era now, or is that everyone apart from Wigan & Leeds?

The SL is but one Era (granted the most recent) but isn't the only one enjoyed by the sport or the proud Bradford and Leeds clubs.
Rather than hand picking a criteria that suits a particular viewpoint why not go for the ultimate comparison, head to head over the history of the sport of Rugby League since the great divide.
What could be fairer than that? |

Not very fair at all actually being as Bradfords history only started in 1964. |

If you like. But I was comparing Bulls and Rhinos, the complete history of those 2 clubs  |

I'm prepared to include the previous Bradford Northern club for the purpose of this particular exercise. It would be a shame to Lose Leeds' biggest win V the Odsal men from the 1931-32 season for example. |

It wouldn't bother me too much tbh, seen as I wasn't born or even thought of in 1931-32, I can safely say those results have never had an effect on me.
And Blue & Amber, it wasn't me who started being selective, it was your friend who stated that pre '98 doesn't count. I think it's reasonable to consider the whole of the latest era (SL) but if you want to discuss everything result each club has ever had that's fine by me. |
