I like the "sport" and i stand by what i said it is full of to55pots and fairies just watch most live PL games or even better la liga!!
It's also a sport that can never be compared to RL that's like comparing UFC to Badminton!!

I dont need to watch PL games to know diving goes on i've seen Becchio and Beckfort hit the deck for no need to know it goes on in every single league accross the planet.

Diving is a part of the sport it's not something i agree with or like but if the big men of the sport dont do anything about it then the players are going to try gain an edge by using it.

Personally i think it should be done like this.

£100,000 for every year the player has been brought through current club
£250,000 if the player makes is First Team Debut
£250,000 when the player makes 30 appearances
£250,000 if the player gets an England Cap

10% or 20% sell on clause

1st option on any listed loan/transfer listed players

so a kid who spends 5 years at a club that goes on to make a full England cap would result in the other team getting £1,250,000

if the player never makes a carear then they get £500,000 for a duff player.

Overseas players shouldnt be allowed to be sniffed at until 16 years old and it the payment should be as above but double!
