Not looking for an argument here, and I know we have plenty ourselves, but do Wire normally have so many drunken young chavs follow them? I've lived in Warrington before so I know the area and the people but I was surprised to see so many mickey'd up young wire fans???

Hopefully not.
Can't avoid the 'football mongs' who follow success i'm afraid.
OT but is it just me, or is it sad how many football fans support teams based 30+ miles away from where they were born / raised / live but still use the term 'we' when referring to them? |

There wasn't an outstanding player on the Leeds side - we were very poor, we looked what we are - old and slow
A major shake up in personnel required if we want to be contenders - sadly the likes of Peacock, Kylie, Senior, Kirke, Hauraki, Cross will still be be around next season |

Two points.
1 - Tonight puts our own recent debacle against Wire into maybe it's proper perspective.
2 - I fail to see what coming on here and winding up the natives is likely to achieve? Someone said we need to put our own house in order first, and I agree. I don't find gloating at others' misfortunes particularly attractive at the best of times, and to do it from where we currently languish in the table is Gledhill-esque in the extreme, I suggest? |
