Lam's got some cheek to talk like they got cheated by the refs lol
Lam and the Sky lead commentator. Disgraceful yet again from Sky, inferring that Leeds players cheat. As for that idiot Barrie McDermott, just disappear please fella, you’re making a real fool of yourself.

| Much needed win tonight wasn't perfect but needed to win tonight to solidify play off spot and keep ourselves in running for a home play off which we have, hopefully kick on and maybe some positive news coming on Monday regarding Brad Arthur as it's all cloak and Daggers at the moment.

| Good to get the win tonight, but jeez Handkinson is an awful player, 2 of their try’s directly down to him and a 3rd after a mistake by him. Hope we don’t see him in the side again.

| Great win in a really tight game. Obviously Miller and Connor have grabbed the headlines, but I thought Cooper Jenkins was outstanding for us in the middle.
The game felt like the battle of the centres, and enjoyed watching Hanley/Hanley and Nui/Newman battle all game.
Some frustrations with the refereeing like Crofts first try, and I thought the Newman incident wasn't a great look for the game. How many incidental glancing touches to the head do we see every tackle, yet most aren't penalised, and we were really lucky to get away with that.
Hankinson had a rough night. Way too casual on the chase back to pick up the ball, and a bit naive being dragged into touch. Great game by 2 good sides, and good to see us back to winning ways. For the farce that super league is at the bottom of the table, the play offs are going to be really competitive, with any team able to beat anyone on their day.

I don’t think we were. Leeds and Newman have had lots more weak penalties gone against them this season including the tackle by Newman on Mike’s Lewis that was reviewed and then went against Leeds. The refs can’t choose whether an offence is committed based on whether they like the player or not, and Newman did the right thing in making Jack Smith eat a big piece of humble pie. What is not a great look for the game are incidents like last week at Leigh when Warrington contested a knock on by one off their players and won the review despite the original pass going 2 yards forward. Absolutely embarrassing and plain wrong.

Miller my man of the match, but agree with Jenkins, the best prop on the pitch, potentially his best game for us. Thought our forwards in general handled Leighs big pack pretty well, especially without Oledski and Holroyd.

| I thought we were unlucky to get Crofts first try disallowed as plenty of those have been given. Slow mo imo quite often distorts things. Also obstructions these days are a joke and if you can dive live a footballer you tend to get the decision. Agree our forwards played really well especially Jenkins and Bentley didn`t do a lot wrong either. Handley should have stopped Hanley who looks very good . Very disappointed with Hankinson and not sure what he offers that Lumb couldn`t give. Admittedly Hankinson has more strength but other than that terrible first game all round. I would imagine Lumb having been overlooked first by Edgell then by Hankinson isn`t a happy bloke.

Great win, Jenkins superb, Miller brilliant, credit to Arthur as his game has come on leaps under his coaching. Great entertainment that game and a good standard. Well done.
