Will be three games then this year with no coverage on radio or TV.

Its enough to tip me over the edge of not wanting the French in SL. Surely they can sort a deal like the old Catalan Bein deal and we get some coverage.....otherwise what is the point of having them .....they just suck our tv money up

Is the Bein deal no longer in place for Catalans home games?

I think Elstone asked for more money and they ditched it. I assume it's not back on as the regular Cat home games showing has stopped

Don't know why they can't just sell a live feed....even just a single camera one would be worth paying for

Austin and Sezer have trained together this week and are due to return, Fusitua is OK and will play, Johnson fine and could return to the squad. Prior back from ban.

Briscoe still a few weeks away (not sure we will see him in a Leeds shirt again)

Barring injuries I don't see how he gets in. Best he moves on now I think

I agree if all are fit Briscoe should be way down the pecking order.We certainly cant go back to Briscoe at centre.

That seems like a lifetime ago or some sort of long forgotten nightmare thankfully.

Is it my imagination but when we had McGuire/Burrow at HB I don`t recall them missing as many games as our current hb pairings.

Didn't AP used to call McGuire "biscuit bones"?

McGuire missed plenty

Burrow not as many as he was tough as they come, as is shown with his current plight.

Danny McGuire played over 400 games for Leeds, he can’t have missed that many

I think when Burrow and McGuire got injured, it was normally 10-12 week injuries. From memory, they didn't have many niggles that ruled them out for a short period.

McGuire did have a period when he was injured quite a bit.One of our old posters used to call him Biscuit Bones.

Must be me as I don`t recall them missing many apart from the really serious injuries as the previous poster has said.
Austin/Sezer seem to miss more with the odd niggle type injury.

I remember him getting a serious leg/knee injury when Phil Clake said it was the work of the rugby gods that resulted in McGuire’s injury as he had committed some form of foul play (I think pulling a player back off the ball). I can’t recall many other injuries from McGuire, I’m sure he had more injuries but as he played in over 400 games for us he must have been available most of the time.
