| Full credit to Agar. He has done a brilliant job to date and proved many wrong including myself. He deserves a lot of credit in turning us around. Will he take us back to being serious championship contenders remains to be seen but at this rate I wouldn’t put it past him. A lot of top players speak very highly of him

| Quote: The Eagle "On team spirit, Donaldson seemed to be a bit of a joker in the celebrations. Somehow it seemed a surprise. He always looked a very serious person to me'"
He looks a good bloke to have around the place. Thought he was trying too hard today and looked too desperate. On reflection he was unlucky with one where we had a knock-on given against him. But he then did the tip tackle which led
To a try.
As others have said this trophy has come out of the blue really and credit to agar and all for getting the win.

| Fair play for today, excellent game and another trophy.
I still don't really believe he's the long-term solution to be honest.

| I’d best join that queue of doubters too, I hadn’t seen anything in his past to suggest he was what we needed, but he’s done a really good job. It’s easy to see the occasional flogging as justification of a poor decision to bring him in, but it’s much more likely to be a bad day at the office.
Well done Rich, seems you’re not just a nice guy.

| I'm really pleased for Agar as he's had a lot negative comments on this board. Sinfield and Heathrington had the confidence to offer him the job which if they didn't think he was up to it they why would they. I don't go with is he was offered it because he's a yes man. Mentioned a few times a grand final winning player once coached by Agar told me he was a very good coach

He gets great feedback from players who played for him. It's the s who like to think they know what they're talking about who bag him.

He mentioned this in his presser, not in the same way though

| Hes a good guy, works well with Sir Kev which is vitally important and has done a first class job.
The team looks well run, the players seem happy, the spirit is back and so is the silver polish.
Still lots of work to be done tho, Saints are the SL benchmark not us. Today is a big help tho, we need to build on it for next season.

| The side should get better over the next few years. We must make the next couple of signings count but all the younger players should improve.

| We have a job on getting into the playoffs, but with some silverware in the cabinet, it's less pressure. Of the optimistic fans, most were saying top 5 was the target this season, and we should be able to achieve that. If we make the playoffs we'll have exceeded expectations in both competitions

| Incredibly Agar is one of the best Coaches we've ever had. To go from where we were when he took over, to the team now is a phenomenal achievement...

The covid situation and fixture list and ultimately winning the Cup may cost us a play off spot rather than lack of ability. But would not swap the cup win this year for a play off spot, and don’t think many would. Reset and semi put the cue in the rack rest of this year. We can definitely afford to give more game time to younger players and get their game time up not all at once but 2-3 In each game and rotate the squad.

| He has done a very good job in the limited time he has been in charge.
The test will come next season, assuming we get back to some sort of normality, which at this point unfortunately seems unlikely.
For me though Ian Watson, allowing for the quality of players he has each season,is up up there with the best coaches in Super league.
Whenever he is interviewed he comes across as knowledgeable and never seems to make excuses, like the whinger down the road.
If Agar ever moves upstairs, then he should be the number 1 target.

| Watson did get fined earlier in the season for a rant against the officials, ironically it was after a game against us
