How? How does this guy never get dropped? he makes continous mistakes but never an issue.

Got to be a joke, he was quite happy to play on after watching Westwood do his best to knock Sutcliffe out.

So bentham gets dropped for missing a crusher tackle virtually no-one saw in real time. Child doesnt despite missing an obvious late, head high swinging arm on the kicker, awarding a ghost try, and making numerous other mistakes.

It's no wonder refs are leaving in droves.

Is there enough refs to drop one?

More of a worry is that the fans are leaving in droves.

They dropped Thaler last week.

I'd be worried that any high shot by any player from either team may see red this week after his failure to show Westwood a red last week

Worst ref of the lot, bar none. Utterly incompetent yet safe as houses regarding his selection every single week.

Morale must be great in that place after what happened to Thaler last week.

I suspect morale is far from great judging by the way quite a few refs have quit recently . Complaints of bullying culture. Care to comment Mr Ganson ?? no thought not.

Do you not think that part of the problem could also be the way that all refs are treated at the grounds - the referee's a w*nker etc - the way they are pilloried on social media & fan's fora such as this & how they are analysed ad nauseam on tv?
Why would anyone in their right mind want to put up with all the rubbish thrown at them?
We all need to remember that without a ref we can't have a game.

I'm not to bash refs, but makes it harder to enjoy a game of rugby with child in charge, for some reason Hewer has been similar this season.
