| I thought at times they were saying how poor NZ have been for an international team, then in the next breath offering the excuses like been only here for 4 days, sufffering from jet lag, first game for a long time for many of these players.
Wish they'd make their minds up.

| How the hell do you feck up an exhibition game?
Was it Silverwood doing the usual of a British ref bending over and taking it for an antipodean team?
Or was it just Silverwoods natural tishness.

| A great way to say farewell to several of the best players of this era. Credit to all involved (except Silverwood)
A sell out for an all pay game, when was the last time that happened?

| Silverwood is just incompetent now. I don't think he used to be this bad. The Kylie disallowed try was wrong. The RTS obstruction try was incredibly wrong. On the other hand Robbie Ward's obstruction on RTS was the world's clearest yellow card and Lilley would have been sin-binned for intercepting five yards offside in a proper game. So not bent, just useless.

| Some really promising displays from Lilley, and Golding, I liked the look of Mullaly, also until he got injured. Oh, and how the feck has Matty mother humpin Smith got in the England squad before McGuire?
All in all, a great cherry on top of what has been the most incredible cake of a 2015 RL season for the Leeds club.

Reckon we'll be looking at a wigan-style attacking set up. O'Loughlin at loose, Smith and Widdop in the halves. Not really McGuire's style. Not saying it's the way I'd go, mind.

McGuire, imho, is England's best half. Matty Smith isn't fit to lace his boots. If McNamara wants a half to solely be a distributer then McGuire can play the role equally as good as Smith. But McGuire can also play what's in front of him, make breaks, take on the line better etc
I've got to say, I was so impressed with Lilley. He looked so calm, composed and not fazed one bit by the occasion. I wouldn't normally want to put pressure on someone so young but I think he could handle it and I'd seriously consider starting him at 6 next season.

It seems like Widdop and Williams will be the halves. Although, if it was up to me I'd have Luke Gale at 7. With him, and Widdop in the halves we actually have 2 controlling halfbacks, with the ability to unlock a defense. Williams is good, but playing him puts a lot of pressure on Widdop to manage the side.

Yes he was using a pre rehed script which didn't reflect the game. What a boring delivery he has too. No wonder his half time team talks were not successful.
Had Morley not dropped the ball on our own line the momentum may not have swung and the scores would have been closer.

Bookies were giving Leeds 24-26 points so a great effort.

| Stand out performers, mcguire, Lilley, Golding, Singleton, Briscoe, Garbutt and Moon. Pleasing signs from Mullally. I'd give Lauititi a year too if possible.
