Players don't get a medal/ring when they win the LLS so this is their reward for the season long effort that went in. If the squad got a medal for the LLS then you might have a point, but they don't so a winners ring is a suitable reward.

As printer previously stated there are 25 rings to be given out. 18 players minimum will get one as generally your 18th man gets one of them then the rest are decided by the club.

Just for incentive and encouragement, Phil Clarke should get a ring.

It'll be interesting to see who out of the golden generation is the last one playing and if he can become the one with most medals / rings etc .Of course there are only 3 left I think Magsy. Rob and JJB

McGuire probably has the best chance of lasting longer. Whether we win anything more over the next few years is debatable of course.
