Oh what a fool I am. I went up to book my coach travel from the stadium yesterday as didn't think on to look on National Express. What a tool.

Don't suppose anyone knows if you can be refunded on the coach travel for whatever reason? I live a five minute walk from the coach station in town, so rather than being in Headingley before 7.30am, I could instead of had a leisurely walk from home at 8.30am.

Damn. That will teach me for never going to a Wembley cup final before...

Is there any difference between the comfort of a NE coach and a Megabus coach? I went down to London to Tuesday on Megabus and that was in no way comfortable.

NE coaches are usually a bit more spacious and with better seats. I used to get Megabus to places like London but now get them for journeys no longer than about 3 hours each way. There was one which had too many people on than seats, so people were standing in the gangway (massively illegal) but the driver didn't care has he ok'd them getting on and kept going.

NE drivers tend more to be jobs-worths, but it means people effing and jeffing, drinking or being abusive either won't get on to start, or will be chucked off on the way.

The club have been far too greedy this time. Every time Leeds have got to Wembley I have gone on coaches from HQ, Im sure it was 25 or30 quid last year. There are seven of us and we've managed to hire a 7 seater and fuel it for what the club wanted plus we'll spend 4 hours less travelling.

The Nat Express we went on the other year was no one of their usual coaches either, it was just a run of the mill cheap coach they hired due to volume. It does park right next to the stadium however.
