Jamie had his elbow up all night in defenders faces but this has been a part of our game since I played. It is one of the things that if you can get away with so what. BUT it is dangerous and I think Matty Sarsfield took exception to copping one. My tip if you take one. The next time he comes though with the ball stick your shoulder in his lower ribs. He won't get up. I absolutely think JP is a legend, star and ambassador for our game so even though I'm a Leyther he can't do much wrong for me. I wish we had him at Leigh. Good luck in the semi's.

Agreed on this first point, I'd just like to see him stand up for himself against the tougher opponents when it gets nasty, like it did at the Magic Weekend.

I think JP still has plenty to offer, but do think it's important he's rested more frequently, to prevent the frustration that evidently came out last night and could've cost us the game!

This supposed headbutt didn't exist for me and he blew up for no reason. What I can't understand if that facial / grapple prompted such a reaction, why didn't Micky Mac's swinging high shot at Magic Weekend or Bateman's continual dirties at HQ?
