For Leeds ablett again looked impressive, moon had a good game. And I thought kirke maintained his effort up from last week although from memory he only appeared to have one stint.

JJB gamble didn't pay off and neither did the Watkins one. Can't fault his effor Watkins was playing with a knackered knee for a lot of the game.
And again peacock show why he should be the man of steel.

I know nowadays on southstander it is frowned upon to be critical to the mgr in any way but the rotation policy tonight seemed stupid, especially with how knackered our players looked. Thought sutty should have been on earlier and using clarkson in the final quarter is a complete waste. He is a grafter not someone who will come up with a special play to unlock a defence.

Again no complaints with the result and I wish Wigan all the best but our bench policy needs looking at IMO.

McDermott would be better with the old two subs only rule.......he simply cannot cope with more than that in the mix

I understand the policy of leaving subs until late on, but it has to be adaptable. With so many players fatigued or injured I would expect both Sutcliffe and Clarkson to come on earlier

It wasn't about just last night, it was all year. The way he wanted to play the same 17 whenever he could, and flog players to injury. The busted side started at Easter, where every coach with any sense rested and rotated. Our dumb idiot was lauded by the feckw!ts as innovative for doing the opposite.

Like I said you didn't need hindsight to see we would suffer later in year.
