I think it depends on your own preferences. You are closer to the pitch but 8 rows from the front the elevation is not as good.

Block 550 for us. 2 years of sitting in the South Stand didn't seem to produce the right result so maybe the North Stand will bring us more luck

what is a good view ,bad view......????its subjective and infinately variable in answer.
There aren't that I am aware of any obstructed views and if you buy a 'lower level' seat you don't expect a panoramic view,if you buy upper you cann't expect 'to be close to the action'....buyer's choice
If you have been to OT for the GF(!) then the aspects in principle are the same.
As mentioned the wembley website has a 'view from your 'seat' feature which is a reasonable preview.....more important in my view to think 'didn't expect to be here,so lets have fun'.
