I know you lot are over the moon with your easy draw, and so you should be.

Personally, I'm glad we've still got a club and never imagined (in the dark days of our pre season when we wondered whether we'd even have a team this season), that we'd be playing the the QF of the Challenge Cup.

I hope you all travel over to the LSV to watch this game. It might be a bit of a nothing game to you but for us it's very important - we need the money.

Concensus on the Wigan board appears to be that the game can't be held in the 24 hours preceding a W. Athletic game. Athletic play on the Sunday, apparently.

Then that would give a reason for Wigan V Saints Friday then. As far as Sky is concerned I would guess there preferred game would be Friday night anyway, so would be pretty happy if they get this one just because of Wigan Athletic playing.

BBC have the first choice, unless they are delusional they will pick the Wigan v Saints game.

It's Wigan's mess to sort out.

Which was my original point. But BBC are not going to put a game on on Friday night. So either the Wigan issue with Wigan Athletic is rubbish, or BBC won't be showing it.

But, what happens if the Beeb want the game and want to play it on the Saturday? The Police can over-rule that, but can the club? Not so sure.

They may be advised to reverse the fixture and play at Saints

Or use the Halton Stadium again? Isn't that what happened last time they weren't allowed to use Uncle Dave's place?

I don`t for one minute think it is a nothing game for us.
It is a cup game and look how hard Fev pushed Wigan last week.
Yes I would take this tie over others I could mention.
But you guys will be more than up for it and might catch us on an off day.
I still think we will win by maybe 20 in the end but let`s hope theres a good crowd and you make some decent money out of it all.

If you think it's gonna be easy your in for a surprise Leigh have quiet a few players with SL experience and some top class young players yes Leeds will win most probably but it ain't gonna be a cake..walk they gave the Catalans a good match last season and but for two really dodgy ref decisions which on tv would have been reversed Leigh would have won that match they lost by 6 points, and in my opinion they have a much better team this season..

Slow down George. I don't think anybody said it would be an easy game. But there weren't a lot of lower league options available in the draw, so Leigh is probably the best draw we could have had. Still a cup quarter final though, so it won't be easy. Far from it.
