Bit of an oversight that really, not least if they were hoping to attract the attention of people in Manchester. That little oik who used to be in Take That is playing football, and that was advertised everywhere I looked in the citry centre when I was there yesterday (everywhere there wasn't a Caffe Nero which seems to occupy about 1 in 3 shops in Manchester now). Needless to say, I saw nothing advertising the Magic weekend. |

Time to dump the Magic Weekend concept.
The RFL can blame the recently departed CEO for it not taking off.
Revert to 26 weekly rounds & only play one round of fixtures over the Easter weekend, on Friday & Monday.
