I never said he was a good coach tad, but that changing would make no difference. The problem his the tools at his disposal. It may well be that it won't work for him with any tools, but that is a different thing all together.

How can you say the coach would not make a difference, its time to freshen up the squad, that includes a cull of most of the senior players, I agree with the initial selection on this post, and my starting point would be the coaching staff. Bad attitude, fitness and motivation comes from the top !!

Sal is largely 99% right. McShane, Hardaker and others should be promoted with an eye on the future. The coach must be replaced....let Buderus (unofficially ) coach in the short term. He is the most dynamic and inspirational player we have....maybe that can be transcended into coaching.

I would question the decision to put Sinfield into the second row....agree he still has much to contribute but as a LF only. However Ablett and young Ward both demonstrate no one player should be indispensable.

Some good points on the team restructuring, but before we maybe throw the baby out with the bathwater, perhaps we should remember that going in at half time it was anybodys game.

JJB does give 100% and that would maybe mitigate his daft moments and I personally wouldn't be too upset if his contract was extended.Too small for a prop though.

Buderus, as assistant coach is an interesting one, and I hope GH is looking at that option.

Those apart, we need top down change, and every player should be told that they are playing for their future.

for me to re structure the management has to go first IMO. I would not trust the current management team to do the right things with the changes.

I was quite shocked at how much behind the top teams we are at the moment. There are plenty of big names who should go but probably will get new contracts on past glories.

On the list of players to get rid of I think from sal, would agree with most of it but for me I wouldn't be too upset with jjb staying and I personally think peacock is worth another year.

There needs to be some big changes from top to bottom but not sure if they will happen.
