As suggested it all depends on the pricing structure.

If only a couple of £ off normal seat prices then possibly as low as 3897.

If £10 per adult all areas of ground and £5 consessions then possibly 6000'ish so realistically from a financial point of view the clubs/rfl may decide to stick at the higher prices knowing they are never going to get a decent turn out for this game so may as well make my estimated 3897 pay nearer full whack

It's all well and good hoping the club set prices at £10.00 an adult but don't Blackpool have to agree to that aswell?

Ive always had a rule of no matter what team we draw I will always attend the game. Imo if your willing to attend the Semis and Finals (If we get that far) then you must attend the early round games as they are just as important. But £18 to watch Leeds vs Blackpool, of national league 1, will test that rule heavily.
