The worst incident we ever had was at Cas. They tried to steal the stereo but couldn't get it out, so they broke it (Looked like the used a screwdriving to make the CD entry slot look like a sharks mouth). But they were so bitter they also stole the knobs and dials off all of the controls, plus the indicator and wiper stalks and smashed the side windows.
Driving home that day was fun. It was about -3 on the M62 with all four windows open and us unable to turn the heating in the car on because they had removed the dial.

There is a school very near to the ground on Weaste Lane where you can park, cost £3 the last couple of times we've been. Safe & secure and easy to get away from after the ground. |

Can you not get someone (Preferably female) to drive you there and drop you off? The Trafford Centre and Lowry centre are <5 minutes away, so they could drop you and go shopping for a couple of hours.

I've used street parking at Salford for about the last 30 years and never had any trouble - heard about trouble but never seen any. We have always parked on the street just above where the away fans come out (near the club).
Good luck to everyone tonight and I hope it is a trouble free evening and an away win. I will be thinking about you from 230 miles south east in Essex.

Just park outside any of the houses at the end where Leeds fans go. If anyone comes out and says they'll damage your car if you leave it there, tell them if you come back to your car and it's damaged you'll put their windows through. |
