It is all well worth a visit, just expect to spend the day behind Japanese people with cameras and in massive tour groups.
If you want any advice RE eating, drop me a PM. I used to live in a village 15 minutes away from it, so Stratford was where we hung out at weekends, as it were. |

It mightn't be that one sided, we arent playing the best of rugby and they'll be all out to put on a show for the Newport crowd.
Personally, I'm heading down on Friday night and staying in Bristol, and taking the short 15 minute train ride to Newport for the game. Should get there early enough to explore a bit and get a few beers. I'm staying over again on Saturday night and coming home early Sunday morning.
