Throw into that 22 year old Leeds lad Bentley and that’s a brilliant young crop of players. I’m very excited about our future.

I wouldn`t say he`s stealing a living.
But he`s become an average player who has looked ok against a very average side.
His defence at times is poor and he has no pace other than that he might start to shine against the better clubs over the next few weeks.

As mentioned the pack played very well considering the number of minutes some have had to play lately.
Leeming looks a better half back than hooker and credit again to the front row.
I will be amazed if we can keep Wire to less than 30 on Monday but you never know.

Doesn't look good does it, but don't think any action was taken by the disciplinary commitee. Our player James Bell has been banned for one game though.

No intent by Holroyd. I suppose they might have gone down the route of calling it reckless though really that'd be entering the realms of pulling out any number of incidents resulting in injury. Just hope Brierley recovers quickly.

Theres some people with a right agenda on social media, using a still shot trying to make out its some sort of dirty cheap assault and demanding action.

That don't surprise, it being the modern way. Pant wetting about nothing incidents appeals to some folk more than anything else in life it seems.

TBH if a defender is responsible for any contact with the head and that is deemed to be a penalty, they should be allowed to expect the same protection. attackers often get away with handoffs above the shoulder, as well as leading with the elbow. This should be treated the same way whether you're a defender or attacker

I agree about leading with the elbow but you can't take the hand off out of the game
