Out of interest, how was the attendance?

I know it's a fan forum but I'm still a fan. I just watch every game for what it is and try to take off my Leeds specs when talking about it afterwards. Neutrals in general will agree with my view. Leeds and Warrington fans will get touchy about it. It's the way it goes I'm afraid but if they can't see past their own noses its not my problem

No one's really saying it was a high quality game. Many would regard that game as entertaining though despite the lack of quality. I think the reason why people are questioning Harrigan is because of his 'ashamed' comment, which he has explained was mainly directed at the set leading up to the drop goal.

No matter how bad we were playing I would not switch channels to check on anything else, especially a sour faced tennis player.

The quality of the attack from both teams was poor and Leeds struggled to win many collusions which meant we were working with slow ball. However, I thought the defence was terrific and although there were a lot of errors a lot of them were caused by very physical defence.
Individually, I thought both our wingers had strong games, and Ablett, JP, and Moore despite the odd daft penalty were probably the pick of our forwards. I was disappointed with Hardaker's seeming refusal to shift the ball to the backs in the first half in particular. However, Kirke and Clarkson really didn't step up, both should be nowhere near a healthy first 17 at Leeds.

Overall given the fact that the majority of people including me thought we'd get torn a new one I'm not disheartened, if we can get anything like a full side out come the business end we'll be a tough proposition for anyone.
