No they didn’t, Wigan were awful, but like Magsy said, you’ve got to be switched on for 80 minutes. I thought Leeds bullied the life out of Wigan

| Dour but really stuck at it. Another decision maker at half back and we'd probably got another couple in the 2nd half. Lui, Newman, Tetavano excellent. Thought Martin made some outstanding efforts to get down on loose balls. Maybe not this year (but who knows?) however with Austin on Sezer on board next year we are looking very good.

| Really can’t do with all the negativity Seth.
It’s knock out rugby and we are one game away from Old Trafford, who care if it was not pretty and dull.

I can think of once where we had to really defend our line so let's not get carried away

| Did exactly what was needed against that opposition. I don't think for one minute Agar will try a re-run of that next week. You'll not catch me moaning when we've dumped Wigan out the comp on their own patch

Because playing like that won't get us to old Trafford or winning there either, it won't count for anything if we muster that performance again. All feels a bit like being the tallest dwarf. Criticise me for being negative but I just long to see a good game not full of errors penalties and generally poor fayre that should be better in play off rugby, its difficult to see the standard that's on show. Wigan were first class s hit E.

| We’ll played, good result which is all that matters at this stage.
Think it’ll get an whole lot harder next week. I’d be worried about the disciplinary panel. If Cooper gets a Match last week, I think Oldeski gets the same. Also unnecessary striking at end when match won.
Was it Newman?
Gildart clearly bloodied, possible match for that.

Who’s getting carried away? If you don’t think nilling a professional side isn’t a great effort, then their must be something wrong.

Not only that but his ability to stop Marshall from intercepting was very clever thinking. Newman once again had Gildart in his pocket and I thought Luke played really well.
Lui good again and Dwyer who tackled plenty.
Leeming`s distribution terrible.
I personally didn`t think Mik hit Hardakers head but no doubt he will get 2 matches.
Nothing spectacular but that`s to be expected against Wigan. They strangle the life out of you and the game in general with boring rugby.

| Delighted with that, well done boys.
Luke Briscoe played like a man possessed, thought he really put himself about.
One of Leeming’s worst games of the year with the ball. We’re going to have to do something different at 7 and 9 to progress further.
Cam Smith was outstanding. Donaldson tackled almost everything. Thought Zane was solid if not amazing tonight, did a professional job.
Another week of prep and injury recovery won’t hurt at all.

If players are getting a ban for that then the game has gone soft.
Nothing in it at all.
He ran in to protect Briscoe and caught Gildart who was trying to be hard

45465_1384791340.jpg And last but not least, to all those people who wrote this team off.
To all those people who critisized this team...tonight's for you.

I think it was clear with our bench that Agar wasn’t going to play flashy rugby, Wigan are a very good defensive side but dire attacking side I think we nearly fluffed our lines as we were clunky and should have been more composed in the first half but in playoff games you do whatever you have to do to win our doggedness in defence was excellent
Getting to within 80 minutes of a grand final after the disruption weve had (some our own fault) is a massive achievement for this group

Playing like that got us to the next game that really is all that matters in knock out rugby.
