Most of our direct rivals lost this weekend too.

I don’t think we’re good enough this year to back up good performances. Cas were fairly poor in attack last week and flattered us.

We are a side which still lacks some star quality, and also which still lacks some cohesion because so much of the team is new to each other. Don’t think the selection really worked but too many individual errors again for us to move them around and use the lighter pack.

Good - Merrin, Martin, Walker, Ava, Hurrell, Lui.

Myler, Briscoe, Handley and Ferres need jettisoning. Sutcliffe is no great shakes either.

That was embarrassing, not just for the players and fans but far more for the transfer and snubbing of players in months and years gone by. Sinfield, Hetherington possibly Agar were made to look stupid. They took mick out of us tonight. Alright Hicks wasn’t great for decisions, but he never is for us. We have some tough games now. Back to it we go. Embarrassing.

They had better halves than us and a much better coach. Where were our bench props? Ridiculous selection.

Myler has to be the worst halfback in SL. Every week it gets more and more painful to watch his performances. Absolute dross.

We went back to playing too much as individuals tonight. When Hurrell is being used mostly as a battering ram in our own half you know we’re not going great.

Been disappointed with Walker’s efforts joining the line recently, he’s no Brent Webb yet is he?

I’m wondering if we have any other players to come in now. Peteru, Holroyd can’t be far away. Ward few more weeks? Would hope Oledski gets back in next week, too much resting on Ava’s shoulders there.

I’d seriously consider bringing McLelland in for Myler.

Nice to see a sensible summary and its one which I agree with.

I think currently we're just not good enough to put 2 or 3 performances together and for everyone getting giddy about Hull KR I don’t think they are either.

The ex Leeds players were obviously going to be up for this especially McGuire but again don’t kid yourself that he has played like that all season, he is a class act and has always performed well in games that meant something to him like tonight.

What was frustrating were the unforced errors when we had good field position, that and the poor goal kicking
