Cameron Smith I'd like to see start on his own merit but also adding more fire to the prop rotation and more dynamism to move the defensive line bettering the limited creativity in the halves. Him and the 2 wingers stood out for me with Mik when he was on.

Unfortunately I got this pretty much spot on, we work hard but have no creativity.

You were patience and the hookers provided the spark.

Forwards really stood up over the 80 mins. Mick great in his second stint. Nothing flash from King but a really good off the bench option. Cam Smith did great. Harry needs to wash that butter of his fingers. Best win of the season.

This is the big thing - you'll have periods in games when things aren't going your way. And yes, people will point and complain how rubbish you are.
But that happens to all teams. What matters is how you deal with it. We really struggled that first half but determination and desperation kept Hull to a 2 point lead. That attitude will mean so much more to Agar than the reasons which led to Hull's stronger position - which were tidied up pretty promptly in the dominant second half.

The boys figured out what was needed and did it. That's what turns those repeat near misses into wins.
That said, those 40 mins of non stop defending might yet bite us in the ars£ on Sunday

How Oledski doesn’t MoM there I don’t know. Fantastic in attack and defence. Took on their big men, forced a drop-out near the wing he has no right to be on, made position for I think 2 tries…

We’re not the finished article yet but I like the way the side is coming together now. We do need those half back positions sorting.

Thoroughly deserved result. I agree with those who point to us being poor for the first 50 minutes, but surely that makes the final 30 all the more impressive... Good teams dig themselves out of difficult places and wrestle back momentum.

It's clear we're heading in the right direction and that's (partly) as a result of the coaching staff and team reviewing periods like the first 50 minutes, so all is good.

Great second half performance considering the amount of defending we did in the 1st half. It was Hull who looked out on their feet after the break not us.
Dwyer has his critics for his distribution, and rightly so, but tonight showed his value to the team. When we are struggling to break a side down he can come up with a try or break like tonight. He has done that numerous times for us in the past and would always be in my 17 if fit.

Aside from the great result, that is one of the worst refereeing performances I have seen for a long time. That lad needs sending to the amateur ranks. It really makes the game less enjoyable!

Tough first half tonight, but credit for the response in the second half.
Our forwards tonight played well and the D was tremendous. Unfortunately for the lad, the change came when young McC was taken off and Dwyer came on, I can understand that Leeds don’t always know what he is doing, good news is Hull had no idea also.
Credit tonight for the win and here is hoping for another performance on Sunday night. The guys will be knackered come Sunday night

Happy with that, game was there at half time if we played smarter and cut out the ridiculous six agains, we did, and proved the more clinical team when our chances came. Thought we might struggle for energy but came home strong, good effort.

We really need to get our discipline in order though, i dont mind giving a six again away in the right situation, but some of them in the first half were needless and plain stupid.

Great performance from Myler how tough is he most weeks he gets battered, just gets up and gets on with it one of the toughest players I’ve seen, chopped in the throat, no penalty can’t speak with his crushed in throat and just gets back on side.
