Worst half of the year? Defence and discipline both gone.

Fair enough, we’ve got players missing, but there really is no excuse for this level of discipline.
Way too many high tackles and lifting the leg in the tackle.
This is kids stuff and it’s killing us.
Cats were there for the taking tonight, but will roll us now cos our defence is so flimsy.

The amount of high tackles must be approaching a record!

Carbon copy of last week first half we moved ball well and scrambled well in defence as well T.Briscoe & Hurrell with 2 very good try savers, our off the cuff attack was fun to watch first half and that's as good as it got 2nd half we had no energy and we're fatigued and had poor discipline at times, Thaler was whistle happy all night not just pens but set restarts and wasn't really consistent with them either. Tbf we had no chance with the forward pack we were forced to go with really due to Injuries, Suspension & Covid, that must have been our lightest pack in history! Newman looked very sharp and played well for a player just coming back from a double leg break after 10 months. It was always going to be a up hill task like I said last week if we can get a break with Injuries & Covid we'll be there or there abouts at end of season big game against Salford next week at Headingley!
