It is a important point in mcdermotts coaching career. At London he had all the excuses in the world re poor support numbers lack money not heartland club etc... Here at Leeds he has no hiding places or excuses if he messes this up can't see him getting too many top jobs offered hopefully for us he will turn it around.

Not that I think it will happen, but it would be very funny if Leeds were able to turn it around and win some silverware this year. I wonder how many people would then be as embarassed as the OP if it were to happen no matter how unlikely it currently seems.
