Fair enough, your entitled to your opinion, but as a hull fan you won't have seen him as often, or paid as much attention to him. I could say the same about some hull players, buit none have ever really caught the eye enough for me to note. Any that have have quickly moved on

Are you saying that all the performances you've seen have been good, as you've never seen him goof?

| Its interesting to hear most people's opinion on this and I myself have posted in the past on how Ryan Bailey is loved or hated.
I have however; never failed to recognise that I am not a coach, nor do I know better than the Leeds Coaching Staff. I think some people should think about doing that themselves.
Leeds Rhinos are the most successful club of recent times and Ryan Bailey has been a regular in that team week in week out (Injuries Permitting) For some people to say "He's not worthy of his place, He's Soft as S**T etc etc etc" is Stupid.......The guy is a professional rugby league player. How can you call someone who puts his body on the line week in week out Soft as S**T? I imagine these people do not play Rugby League.
On the subject of throwing his shirt, it is not the image we should be portraying to the younger fans in our sport. I don't condone it and Im sure Leeds as a club will take whatever action necessary. JP could easily have been sent off for kicking off and showing his frustration like he did. Ryan Bailey could have done the same. He didn't, he threw his shirt away. Im not condoning it and Im sure he will be reprimanded but I'd prefer him to do that than risk Leeds playing with 12 men.

| This guy's the most talked about bloke after Obama!!
I saw the 'incident' well, he strolled right past me. He was told to come off he had a paddy, stomped off, muttering, pulled his sweaty shirt off, scrunched it up and threw it at the side of the pitch.
I was surprised he didn't wander off down the tunnel.
It was petulance and something you would expect off a toddler. I was in Bailey's corner last week, when it was deserved and I'll stick the boot in this week, because it's deserved.
You could argue at least it shows he does care and wanted to stay on the field. BUT there are ways to conduct yourself, and it wasn't the best moment for him.
Some are talking about punishments, I think the most effective punishment was missed by Bluey during the game. He should have gone down the bench and told him to go and get his own shirt. Walk of shame if you will. That's what I would have done, anyway.

| I clocked Bailey doing his shirt throwing. At the time me and a mate thought he was having a hissy fit and with that in mind our opinion was of getting rid as we don't want people in Leeds colours doing that, we are not football!
Thinking about it later though we started to think whether it was passion. He had like people said just been subbed after manlys 10 minute stint that won them the game. He shouldn't have thrown the shirt and should be given a right telling off for that. But he is a Leeds lad and at the time it was looking like we were going to get stuffed. that lad was frustrated and showed his passion albeit in the wrong way. throw away the shirt chucking (bad pun intended) and no matter who i supported I'd want every player in my squad to have such passion for his team

The season starts in October. Until then, don't panic!: |
|
| The last player I saw at Elland Road throwing his shirt was Tony Yeboah

| Ryan Bailey may have the od good game, or the od good stint in a game, but as a whole I think he is too much of a liability,
Constant cheap shots, lazy in defence, and not really worthy to be in a champion side, IMO
He seems to have a serious attitude problem too.

| I once did a dance on my gumshield in the middle of the pitch in sheer rage after a try awared against us. It must have looked rediculous to anyone watching but It's how I felt at the time and I wasn't disrespecting dental protection. I'm sure soemone may have a word with him.
I've seen those tarts that play the round ball game do far worse because they've not been given a throw in. But it's Bailey, so all feel free to wade in.

He showed disrespect for both the sweat-shop workers who lovingly manufacture the cheap polyester shirts, and for Agnes, who has to wash the player's shirts before they can be put on eBay.
Totally unacceptable behaviour.

26349.jpg Football Players spend 90 mins pretending there hurt, Rugby Players spend 80 mins pretending there not..............!!:26349.jpg |
|
| Ive read some shiiiiiiite in my team but this is a bit pathetic....
Ive played rugby for 15 years, and have played in a lot of finals, big games etc where you wear your heart on your sleave and give your all for that game & the cause!!
A lot of players i play with take there shirt off in disgust of been subbed because there upset with how theyve played/how the team has played or how the game is going, these lads put there all in for there club, especially leeds lads like ryan Bailey. I personally think the lad is not good enough to play for Leeds (MY OPINION) but still he gives his all for his team. To take your shirt means nothing, absolutly nothing its just emotion gettin ontop of you at that moment, it doesnt mean he's showing disrespect towards his club.
What id rather have a go at if i were you is players fighting in a big game like the WCC, and leaving your team to play with 12 men for 10 mins, not a very good example coming from the Captain. Also people mouthing at referee's and giving away cheap penalties...... thats the sort of stuff that hurts your team not rubbish like throwing your shirt on the floor after been subbed!!

If only Hull could get themselves into a position where they'd even have to think about what happened to one of their players in a WCC game eh?.
