| That would show a real lack of confidence in frawley. Smith said in his press conference that it'd be sinfield and frawley. Id imagine johnsone is just in the 21 as cover for any late injuries.

| Johnson and Smith both drop out as both are at Butlins this weekend with the rhinos challenge.

| Quote ArthurClues="ArthurClues"Wouldn't be surprised if he went with Ackers and Sinfield in the halves as per last week. Might explain the Johnson recall.'"
Johnson played a blinder in the reserves last week, will be interested to see if he makes the game day squad.
Whoever plays right wing for us is going to need a good game against Johnstone. You'd imagine Cats will come down our right hand side all day long. I think I'd be tempted to play Jack Smith in this game with Edgell on the bench again.

| Smith looked good in the preseason game he played, kid seems to have good awareness, size and pace. He should be the next cab off the rank as the saying goes. I'd rather give these kids the gametime than Roberts for example.

I just think he has some toe, not as much as Johnstone I'm sure, but maybe enough to cover breaks. He is more a centre than wing but you could swap him in for Lumb maybe. We're in "least bad" selection choices now so we're going to have to compromise somewhere and hope for the best bascially.

| How the pack goes against Cats will have a much bigger impact on the outcome of the game than who plays on the wing. Hopefully we can try and match them up front. If we do that and defend well we could go close. Get rolled over down the middle and concede easy yards then it will be a long tough night!

| I don't think we should get rolled, hopefully. I really can't pick this one - I was considering travelling to it this year for the first time but maybe next year!

It will be a rare event to match any decent side upfront

| Just can't see us getting anything today.
Obviously it's not impossible, but very unlikely.
I just hope we can compete and keep it to less than 20 points.
Hope it's not a total mauling.

| I agree.
We are playing with a fair number of players missing and some inexperienced players taking their place.
Always good to see the young lads given a chance but fear it could be a heavy defeat.
Saying that we have gone over there before getting mullered and come back to win so who knows what might happen.
One thing for certain it will be warm.

| Two weeks ago we were playing in five degrees and rain in Hull, now we're playing in heat. It is another potential factor which could go against us for sure.
I think it's harder to transition from cold to heat than the other way around, especially for the big men.
Clearly, we cannot afford stupid mistakes and errors today. It is a day for technical quality, not winging it around and hoping for the best - at least unless we start to dominate.
I'm not confident this squad can deliver that kind of disciplined performance still. We're going to have to complete very high and get to our kicks. If we start effing about we could get our bottoms handed to us.
Definitely underdogs: let's hope we can at least compete well, throughout the whole game, and then maybe Saints away is more winnable with Newman and Holroyd (maybe Croft) back in and fit.

| We should be at least competing in every game. We have no divine right to win any game, but with th resources we have at hand we should minimum compete in every single game. The rest is down to the coaches and players to turn competing into winning.
