Looks like 4 games in common sense is kicking in at the diciplinary. Not sure that there were huge differences in the Ackers/ O Connor tackles to the ones that players picked up bans for clubs in rounds 1 and 2.
I would hope this would now extend to trying to keep 13 players on the pitch. There was nothing wrong with the on report system. Similar to football the video ref could be used for when the ref is unsighted and there has potentially been a clear red card foul other than that get on with it and deal with it on Monday.

Saints appeal will be successful. Percival's other bans have all been successfully appealed and the RFL will therefore cite his unblemished previous record as a reason to overturn the ban. The same will happen again in 2 weeks time.

According to Red Wee, Saints will walk both games against us (30+ scorelines suggested by some), despite a lot of complaints about their backline.

There are far more people talking about potentially losing five on the bounce. Both extremes are largely the preserve of the reactionaries amongst redvee population



FWIW I’m confident we win on Friday but it won’t be easy.

Saints are favorites, however, if we play close to our best for more than 40 minutes, then we have a chance.
