| With Agar in charge we will challenge for the playoffs again but never reach the GF.
He is at his coaching maximum now.
If Leeds are to become real contenders again we need a more creative coaching set up.
Who could fit the bill?
Haven't a scooby do!

| Quote Brodie123="Brodie123"The man had come in at a difficult time, he steadied the ship so to speak, done very well, but is at the limit of his coaching capabilities.
His game plan for the game last night against Saints was poor. After 6 years of trying to rebuild a team on the cheap, he is not the man to take us forward next season. He needs to be DOR,
Having a number of tickets in the Directors suite, I will not be renewing the seats next season. Simply I cannot find clients who want to come to Headingley to watch Leeds rugby. They don’t enjoy it anymore. While I will pick and choose my games, when I can’t get clients to come for a free evening with a meal and drink, it says a lot to me. Next season I will have a rest and will not renew my table of tickets..
I’ve had over 20 years of corporate entertainment, but these last few years we have lost direction and badly need new ideas'"
Interesting but on the flip side many people ive spoken to (not corporate granted) have actually got a renewed energy and optimism for what’s to come, we have an outstanding group of youngsters coming through and we look in a good place, last night’s defeat doesn’t negate that

| I've thought about this before replying.
if we can get a significant upgrade on agar then go for it. but it would have to be a top coach. agar, for me would make a brilliant DOR.

Yeah thats impression i get too. Think people can see the future is looking good but its a different thing from it looking good and it being good.
I think the job Agar has done has been very good. Nobody expected us to reach GF this year at full strength and weve been a long way short of that all year. I think Agar has dealt with the adversity, covids, suspensions very well all year.

It's alright saying it's time for a new coach - tell us who you want to take over Agar

| Again agree with almost all above. Change for the sake of it is no good. Agar is a good coach and has been dealing with all shades of crazy since he took over
He’ll make a great DoR, he is a very good manager.
People were singing for Ian Watson all last year and he’s done nothing at Hudds. Careful what you wish for - Leeds need a real high quality upgrade, or stick with what we have while we’re still working on the squad.

| Agar stays for at least next season, unless we already have a really really good option to come in. Be a different side next season with the signing we have made. We do still lack another winger and prop, and still gave a little dead wood and under performers, but if we stay relatively injury free next year we can go one step forward than this year.
