Our succession planning was developing with Amor and Ambler (and now McShane) getting good experience out on loan - will they return to the Rhinos camp and get a good crack of the whip in 2013? I've got a bit of a mixed view on his comments regarding Brian Mac. Obviously there are a large number of the squad who are ageing and subsequently under performing by the standards of a 'Champion' side, hence no matter how good a coach you are you can't get players who are over the hill to put in top performances.
But on the other hand, nobody in the team is playing well and I dont think the youngsters are exactly developing well either. Then throw in the performances they have managed this year ie. the world club challenge and the fact that the players supposedly led the half time talk against Wigan, maybe it's time to say goodbye to coach and players!

He has to blame the players. He appointed BM and praised him non stop. By blaming the coach he blames himself

Can't disagree with that. I'm sure Garry and Caddick, with a new Southstand to finance are starting to get a wee bit twitchy. There is also a tiny doubt at the back of my mind, that after 15 years or so, could Caddick be thinking that they've taken the Club as far as they're prepared to go, and maybe be thinking that it's time to let someone else spend x amount of millions in the coming decade?

I expect Leeds players to respond to the CEO's critique of their individual performances with an impressive unbeaten run at home for the rest of the season.

. The reality is, that league wise, we should really be capable of been unbeaten including away matches, after this weekend.
